Perfect Coffee
Getting used to being in front of camera again. Here are some of my secrets to a perfect cup of coffee in the morning. Tools Braun Coffee Grinder, Regal 12 cup coffee maker, and Radio Shack timer. I didn’t mention the timer, but I have it hooked up to the coffee pot to make it so I can load the pot at night and wake up to fresh coffee when I wake up. It is a reliable way to have an automatic coffee pot without actually buying one. Also has the convenience of being able to set your time on and off for the coffee pot. One thing however you must remember to unplug or refill the pot daily…
Filtered water is simply from an aqua-vending store or machine.

How to make cappuccino or macchiato without an espresso machine at home like a barrista
We at http://www.italianbeandelight sell for less than $ 90 all the equipment including espresso coffee to make the perfect cappuccino or macchiato at home without an espresso machine: The Turobo Stovetop espresso maker from Ilsa with a capacity for 3 or 6 espresso shots. It is made out of stainless steel, dishwasher safe and last for years. The tamper to compress the espresso ground into the chamber of the espresso maker. The thermometer to keep the temperature of the milk below 140 degree Fahrenheit (very important). The aerolatte milk foamer frother which automatically switches off after the 20 seconds which you need to foam the hot milk. And of course, espresso beans or ground from Il Caffe Manaresi which matches perfect the espresso maker. Your friends will be impressed about your barrista skills. You can also use the espresso maker for a kind of espresso (called moka), since the pressure of all stovetop espresso makers do not match the pressure needed to produce the authentic espresso. But the difference is mostly the crema. However, if you use the espresso maker for a latte, cappuccino, macchiato or other milk based coffees, it does not really matter.
